All measurements below are in centimetres (cm) and show the garment laid flat. Double the chest, waist, hem, and cuff-width measurements to determine the full circumference. The APNEA 2mm Dive Top is designed for a close, second-skin fit; it should feel snug when dry without restricting breathing or shoulder movement. If you are between sizes or prefer a less compressive fit, choose the larger size.

How to Measure
Measure your chest around its fullest point, with the tape horizontal and positioned under the arms. Measure your waist around the natural waistline. For top length, measure from the highest point of the shoulder straight down to the intended hem position. For sleeve length, measure from the shoulder along the outside of the arm to the wrist bone.

Care Instructions
Rinse the top with fresh water after each use, particularly after exposure to salt water or chlorinated water. Turn it inside out to dry in a shaded, well-ventilated area. Do not dry it in direct sunlight, leave it in a hot vehicle, iron it, or machine dry it, as excessive heat can damage neoprene and adhesives.
Store the top dry and away from sharp objects. Avoid folding it tightly for long periods; hanging it over a wide hanger or laying it flat will help preserve its shape.
